Begins with two prenatal visits where we get to know each other, discuss your birth and postpartum goals, labor coping skills and tools, and come up with a birth plan. I will be available by phone or text as needed from the time you hire me, until our final postpartum visit. I arrive wherever you are as soon as you request labor support, and I stay for 2 - 3 hours postpartum while you get settled and establish feeding. Birth support includes two postpartum visits scheduled after your birth, where we work on your adjustment to your new normal with baby.
