I offer flexible support during the first postpartum year. I am available for full overnight shifts, up to 8 hours for private payers and up to 4 hours for families who have Oregon Health Plan, and variable times during the day. Postpartum support includes light housework (laundry, dishes), infant care, older sibling care, breastfeeding support, and the option to have a meal prepared.
